By creating a store or browsing catalogs on SnapShelf ("Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use our platform.
2. Seller Responsibilities
As a seller, you are solely responsible for all content, products, pricing, and images published to your store catalog. You agree not to upload illegal, fraudulent, or counterfeit products.
3. Direct Customer Transactions
SnapShelf provides interactive product catalogs and messaging deep-links (e.g. WhatsApp, direct email). We do not act as an intermediary payment processor for direct seller-buyer chats unless explicitly integrated. Sellers maintain full responsibility for order fulfillment and customer service.
4. Modifications & Service Availability
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time. We will endeavor to notify store owners of significant operational updates.
